One bill, every outlet — straight to the room.

A guest signs for lunch at the pool, dinner at the rooftop and a nightcap at the lobby bar — and it all needs to land on one folio by checkout. Papaya runs every F&B outlet on one system, posts charges straight to Cloudbeds, and gives you consolidated numbers across the whole property without re-keying a thing.

Where Papaya helps

Three things that break between outlet and folio — fixed.

A guest charge that never reaches the front desk is revenue you write off at checkout. Papaya closes the gaps between your outlets, your PMS and the night audit so nothing falls through.

The pain

Room charges that never post

Staff scribble a room number on a docket, the front desk re-keys it hours later, and a guest disputes it at checkout. The charge gets waived and the outlet eats the loss.

Verified room charge to the folio

Staff confirm the room and guest name against Cloudbeds before charging, and the posting lands on the folio in real time.

The pain

A different till in every outlet

The restaurant, the pool bar and room service each run their own system. Menus drift apart, voids hide in three places, and no one number reflects the property.

One system across the property

Every outlet runs the same POS and menu engine, so prices, taxes and reporting stay consistent end to end.

The pain

A reconciliation that runs past midnight

The night audit means exporting from each outlet, matching it against PMS by hand, and hunting the charges that don’t tie out before the books close.

Numbers that already tie out

Outlet sales and folio postings reconcile against Cloudbeds automatically, so the audit is a review, not a rebuild.

Products that matter here

The parts of Papaya a property actually leans on.

Papaya POS

Every outlet on one menu engine.

Run the restaurant, the pool bar, the rooftop and room service from one POS, each with its own menu, hours and printer routing. Staff move between outlets without relearning a thing.

  • Per-outlet menus, pricing and tax under one property
  • Route food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar, IRD to its own ticket
  • Staff and reporting roll up to property level

Papaya Pay

Charge to the room, or settle on the spot.

Post a charge straight to the Cloudbeds folio after confirming the room and guest, or take card and PromptPay for walk-ins and day guests. Multi-currency pricing shows international guests a total they recognise.

  • Room charge posts to the Cloudbeds folio in real time
  • Room and guest name verified before anything is charged
  • Card, PromptPay and multi-currency display for foreign guests

Papaya Order

In-room and poolside ordering by QR.

A QR by the sunbed or in the room opens the right outlet’s menu, and the guest charges it to their room without flagging anyone down. The order prints to the correct outlet automatically.

  • Location-aware QR opens the menu for that outlet
  • Guests charge to the room from their own phone
  • Orders route to the right kitchen or bar by location

From the floor

We used to lose room charges every week — a docket with the wrong number, a charge no one could prove at checkout. Now the room is confirmed against Cloudbeds at the table and the posting is on the folio before the guest stands up. The night audit reconciles itself instead of running till one.

Property questions

Good to know

The things every F&B and front-office team asks before switching the outlets over.

When a guest charges to their room, staff look up the reservation in Cloudbeds from the POS, confirm the room and guest name, and the charge posts to that folio in real time. If a room isn’t in-house or the folio is closed, the posting is blocked at the table rather than failing silently at checkout.
Yes. Room charge is one tender among several. Day guests, restaurant walk-ins and anyone who’d rather settle on the spot can pay by card, PromptPay or cash, and those sales reconcile the same way as room postings.
No. Each outlet keeps its own menu, pricing, hours and printer routing under one property. What’s shared is the engine underneath — so taxes, service charge, reporting and room posting behave consistently everywhere, even though the rooftop and the pool bar look nothing alike.
You set your base currency and Papaya can display totals to guests in their own currency for clarity. Settlement and the folio posting happen in your base currency at your configured rate, so your books and the PMS stay clean — the conversion is a display aid, not a separate ledger.
Cloudbeds is the integration we support deepest today, with live folio posting. With other PMS platforms you can still run every outlet on one POS and export reconciled sales, but real-time room posting depends on the integration — tell us what you run and we’ll be straight with you about what’s live versus on the roadmap.
