How it works

Three steps from disconnected to in sync.

No middleware to host, no CSV exports. Authorize once and Papaya does the matching, then keeps both sides current on its own.

01

Connect Cloudbeds

Open Integrations in Papaya, choose Cloudbeds, and authorize. The handshake runs over Cloudbeds's official API — the POS and the front desk share one guest list, nothing installed at either.

02

Match outlets & guests

Map each F&B outlet to Cloudbeds and Papaya can look up in-house guests by name or room. Staff attach a cover to a guest in a tap.

03

Charge to the room

Send the bill to the room and it posts to the Cloudbeds folio in real time, itemised — so it's already on the guest's account when they check out.

What you get

One source of truth for every channel.

A guest orders at the restaurant, the bar or the pool and charges it to their room — and it posts to the Cloudbeds folio the moment the bill closes. Reception sees an itemised, reconciled charge at checkout instead of a stack of paper chits.

Cloudbeds questions

Good to know.

Everything teams ask before they wire up Cloudbeds with Papaya.

Cloudbeds is a hotel property-management system that runs the front desk and guest folios. Papaya connects to it so restaurant and bar charges post to the Cloudbeds folio and staff can look up in-house guests — one guest record across the room and the table.
Most properties are live in under an hour. You authorize Cloudbeds and map your F&B outlets once; after that room charges post on their own.
The Cloudbeds connection is available on Papaya's Growth and Scale plans. See pricing for the full breakdown, or talk to sales about multi-outlet rollouts.
Yes. The moment a bill is charged to a room it posts, itemised, to the Cloudbeds folio — so the guest's account is right at checkout, with no chits to reconcile.
They can. Papaya reads the in-house guest list from Cloudbeds, so staff attach a cover to a guest by name or room number in a tap.
